Speaking as someone from a Learning and Development perspective, we see AI being integrated into daily work in several ways:

    • Personal productivity: Employees use generative AI tools (like ChatGPT or Copilot and some Nokia developed tools) for tasks like writing, summarizing, brainstorming, and automating repetitive processes.
    • Decision-making: AI-powered dashboards and models are helping teams make faster, data-driven decisions.
    • Upskilling: We’ve shifted our learning programs to include foundational AI literacy, responsible AI use, and prompt engineering to help employees adapt and thrive in this new landscape.

The biggest change we’ve seen is a mindset shift — AI is no longer seen as “someone else’s job.” It’s becoming a collaborative assistant that all employees can learn to use effectively. Our role in L&D is to ensure everyone has the skills and confidence to do just that.
