Nitin M. asked a question to Dharmendra S.
Hi, thanks for the question. My role is a global one, which means the contribution and excitement carry on for various time zones.
I am usually 2-3 days in my office every week, and this means a lot of face-to-face networking with colleagues beyond the usual work. It starts with a quick check on the priorities for the day, followed by a coffee together before the action starts. The actual work involves supporting bids across the globe (action begins in the morning for Asia-Pacific, India, followed by the Middle East and Europe, and the Americas during my evening time). As I have teams in the respective time zones, for me it is mostly about handling strategic, KPI, Targets, discussions, escalations, stakeholder management, team collaboration, ensuring quality, efficiency and automation in our deliverables.
My job is quite fulfilling, as everyone is open and respectful, working in perfect harmony with a common goal to make our customers happy and satisfied. I wish you the very best.
