Hello Abdu Alim A,
I would say it was a competitive process, as Nokia looks for individuals with a specific skill set and mindset. But with proper preparation and understanding of what they were looking for, I was able to navigate through. Though Nokia seeks technical expertise, it also values passion, potential and the ability to learn, so if you work on those, you have a great chance.
