Hi Hichem,
I’m not a research engineer but I can give you some insight into what it’s been like this year working for Nokia. Throughout 2020, the focus was on ensuring that our employees remained safe while our business operations continued. To limit the likelihood of exposure to the virus, all employees transitioned to working from home in the very early phases of the pandemic. As everyone has been affected by the pandemic in different ways, flexible working hours were available so that we could fulfil our personal responsibilities during what have been very challenging times. We’ve provided guidance on how employees can maintain a healthy work-life balance and look after their physical and mental well-being. For example, our Personal Support Service provided our employees with the opportunity to attend virtual learning events on a broad range of health and well-being related topics, as well as professional, confidential support.
