A recent graduate should look towards such faint companies to start. What skill sets are required ?
Hi, I hope I understand your question right, but if you mean how is Nokia for new graduates/fresh people in working life, I can tell you that it is a great environment. We are always warmly welcoming new ideas and people who are thinking differently. We have put a lot of focus on onboarding and helping people to integrate also socially.
Hi Timothy,
No, we recruit directly as Nokia. Sometimes we use the support of headhunters and maybe that's the case you're facing but I suggest you to check directly with the recruiter from Nokia assigned to your Country ( you can request this information to the person from Talent Recruitings).

Hello Bienutha,
It usually depends on the location of the vacancy, some Countries have laws which requires this. If you're not allowed to work as trainee you can look for new graduates opportunities once you finish your degree.

Great question! I wouldn't say it's a "direct" impact on candidates but it is intended to spark conversations in the external market. For example, candidates who might not have necessarily had any desire to know what Nokia is doing or thought we were obsolete are now asking what Nokia is up to these days. Long gone are the days of only manufacturing cell phones! This new look and feel are more aligned with who we are as a company today and is a much-needed exciting and fresh initiative. Due to rebranding, we have also seen positive feedback such as more applicants wanting to join our organization.
