Ainsley D. asked a question to Rana M.
I applied to positions in Nokia's Washington, DC office that I am very excited about. I am curious how much of Finish business culture and values are present in your foreign offices. I am also curious how involved Nokia HQS is in foreign office operations or if these offices operate independently.
Hello, thank you for the question. I unfortunately am not familiar with the DC office, but speaking from my experience of working at the NJ office and working with people from other offices in the UK and Europe, I'd say Nokia emphasizes a culture of openness and empowerment across all location. Of course, these values, while globally promoted, are likely present to varying degrees across different offices depending on team dynamics, management styles, and local context. Unfortunately I don't think I am well qualified to answer how involved HQS is in foreign office operations and I think that is a question better suited for someone with more experience across different offices or HR representatives that have studied our internal data and employee surveys on such issues.
