Hello Arubayi,
In most of the cases the recruitment process consists of 2 or 3 interviews, they are technical and based on competencies. My suggestion for a good resume is trying to use only one or a maximum of two pages; share your important goals, mention your technical skills, languages, software knowledge, and your areas of interest. At the beginning of your resume, you can include a brief summary of your career.
I wish you success!

Hi,
I recommend to talk to your Nokia friends or visits Nokia events and get practical knowledge how the job in various departments looks like. Then you can make a better decision where (or with what equipment) you would like to work.
In my case: I have been working 3 years in System Verification (testing complete / almost complete product). Now I am closer to the market (testing solutions for specific customer) but I am really into deeper level of testing with analysis of radio signal and wire shark ;)
