I think that work culture for designers is generally collaborative, with increasing appreciation for user experience and design thinking. There might be a good balance between creativity and structure, though expectations and pace might vary between teams within the company.
Good to know that, I would also like to enquire if a passionate UIUX designer from any country get opportunity to work in Poland?
