    Dear Alper,

Thank you very much for your question about Nokia's working environment and developer skills! I'm happy to share my experience with you.

Regarding the work setup, it varies between locations, teams, and sometimes even individual roles. Taking Budapest as an example, most colleagues work in a hybrid setup, combining remote work with office days. Teams usually coordinate to meet up in the office on the same days, which is great for collaboration and team building. That said, I also have colleagues who are fully remote and others who prefer coming to the office daily. The final arrangement typically depends on your team's needs, your manager's approach, and the nature of your work.

As for being an amazing developer, from my experience, the most important thing is staying curious! Technology moves fast, and the best developers I know are always eager to learn and try new things. Some other key things that help:

    • Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
    • Good communication and collaboration skills
    • Openness to feedback and new approaches
    • Attention to detail and code quality
    • Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools

I hope this helps give you a clearer picture of what to expect. Good luck with your career journey, I hope you find a position where you'll enjoy the working environment!
