Nokia is a great company for which to work. Nokia makes available to its customers a plethora of communications products and services - more than I had initially expected. The company's focus on ethics, on individual and team communications, and on personal responsibility has exceeded my expectation. Fairness (e.g., compensation, gender, etc.) and inclusiveness are also important parts of the Nokia employee culture that receive more attention than I had expected. From business operations perspectives, there is a strong emphasis on processes; which helps consistent performance and quality but sometimes slows responsiveness.
