    Hi, our new Global Child Leave Policy provides all new parents with a minimum of 90 calendar days (3 calendar months) paid family leave and a right to return for up to one year from the date of birth or adoption.     Would the new Paternity new have applied to children born in 2021 that will later be one year old after the policy went global. for example august 2021

    Hi, the new Global Child Leave Policy does not apply for children born in 2021. The New Child Leave is only available for births or adoptions occurring on or after January 1, 2022.
