Hello Mahesh, I do not personally work in Austin, but the work/life balance I have experienced is something I value a lot. Nokia cares for its employees' wellbeing, and this is actually a topic we discuss with our line managers on our development and performance conversations. Again, I cannot tell for Austin itself, but for sure this balance between the personal and the professional life is something that we do not take for granted. Regards,
