Mohammad B. asked a question to Linda K.
The best way is to apply at Nokia. Another avenue is to apply and get a position in the country you currently reside in and eventually there might be opportunities in other countries that will become available. Always lots of opportunities for our employees to move around.
Hi Mohammad,
Thank you for your question! I know your question was to my colleague Linda K., but I would like to share some of my understanding about this topic.
In the first moment, you need to be sure you display most of the requirements requested for the job opportunity. Remember that you are applying and competing for a job with people who already live in that country which already counts as an advantage making it easier for the company to hire that person.
Therefore, beyond that, you must demonstrate all of your experience, willingness to learn and grow together with the company, and of course, your soft and hard skills.
You also need to demonstrate in every way during the interviews that you are the "fit" person for that position and wish to move to another country to enjoy this novel experience of life growing as a person and professionally.
I hope my answer has helped you. Good luck!
Kind regards,
Francisco Souza
