I'm referring to your process of transitioning from a research-based Masters program to product development. What was the main experience, which you accumulated during your Masters program, which helped you move into product dev at Ericsson?
Hi Elena! I would say the transition was quite smooth. Of course, there is so much to learn, especially at the beginning.. but my colleagues were quite kind and patient, and answered my many many questions. I was already working at Nokia Bell labs while doing my thesis, so I was familiar with the company already.
