Hi Alex,
The relationship between Business and IT is always a two-way street. On one side IT has to be agile and able to support business needs (that tend to come up and change at short notice). On the other side, we have a set of standard processes and a clear system setup to ensure everything is accounted for, easily available for reporting and, most importantly, running smooth.
At Nokia customer comes first - be it an external or internal one. In IT we see Business as our internal customer, therefore, treat it with care and go out of our way to support its needs. I believe the tailored approach we take to address every query and/or requirement is what makes our relationship efficient.
