I work as Global Program Manager for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts at Nokia. In this role, I focus on the corporate DEI strategy and develop programs that help create a more inclusive workplace. These programs are co-designed together with our critical stakeholders such as Employee Resource Groups and based on the data we collect via Employee Listening efforts.
