The heart of data science and analytics is Statistics. So, I would suggest Statistics Foundations 1: The Basics. Please check the Artificial Intelligence and Data Learning Learning Store page. Data Science Overview is good for beginners. From there Data Science Achievement collections have a Learning path for beginners. Good Luck (take something for LLM's also. Everyone in Nokia should be good a prompting).
