    Hi, thank you for your question. Good to know about your achievements in your current company and role. Nokia's hiring process is quite transparent. If you are found suitable for the role, you will get the opportunity for an interview. The professional capabilities are similar. There are some cultural differences I found and adjusted for faster acceptability. It is similar to moving to another continent or country. Be open, flexible, communicate, learn and adapt.
