Hi Finn B.,

Thanks for your question. I think the most important thing is to demonstrate your ability to bring something. Whatever it is a specific competence you've learned at college or your ability to adapt to solve challenging problems, this is usually well received and very valuable for a company. Now, this is not always easy to demobstrate this during the first job interviews, but at least try.
