Keith D. asked a question to Tamas B.
I would say that one of the best applications of machine learning is in automating network operations. Currently, ML plays a crucial role in simplifying complex tasks like optimizing network performance, predicting potential issues, and ensuring smooth functionality in 5G systems. In the future, this automation will evolve further, enabling networks to manage themselves with minimal human intervention through intelligent systems for adaptive resource allocation and fault management called closed-loop automation. This will be particularly important for 6G networks, where the scale and complexity of connectivity will demand smarter, faster responses. At Nokia, we see ML-powered automation as a key step toward building efficient, resilient, and adaptive networks helping to shape the future of connectivity.
I appreciate the response, your thoughts on Machine Learning align closely with my own. I feel the self learning and predictive capabilities of Deep Learning Models will further enhance existing 5G Networks via improved capacity management and help to achieve the aspirations of 6G Technology. Moving towards a sensory driven proactive autonomous Network via a combination of improved Thinking and improved Technology.
