Sahana C. asked a question to Dharmendra S.
I am currently a product manager at Cisco in the Service Provider segment and would like to know the go-to-market strategy for Nokia to compete with the likes of Cisco routers.
Hello, I appreciate your question and transparently sharing your role.
While not everything can be shared here for obvious reasons, Nokia’s Go-To-Market strategy to compete with the likes of Cisco routers includes leveraging its technological innovation, targeting specific market segments, and building strategic partnerships.
Key aspects include Technological Differentiation e.g. Advanced silicon (FP5 chipsets), 5G-optimized solutions, and cloud-native architectures. Further, Market Segmentation is another area with a focus on telecom operators, large enterprises, mission-critical sectors, and hyperscalers. We also highlight cost efficiency with an emphasis on lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) with energy-efficient designs and scalability. We commit to automation, Software-driven tools for efficient network operations and management and Sustainability aligned with ESG goals.
I hope this clarifies.
