As we are working in a global company and global environment we have for example flexible working hours, which enables us to easily manage working life together with a personal one. We also have had always good connections and home office tools to help to manage balance.

Hi! Good question. Getting the balance between work life and personal life is really important. At Nokia there is a lot of flexibility when it comes to managing your own schedule so that you can achieve what you need to deliver at work, but also take time out for the things you enjoy in your personal life. It's a topic we often discuss within our teams to make sure everyone is balancing the periods of high pressure with time for rest and recovery. As already mentioned, we work in a global company, working with teams across multiple time zones, so we need to have flexibility to accommodate that in how we work and plan our days.
