Hello again and thank you for the further explanation. To be honest web applications are not in my domain of work. As you can see from my profile, I work in 5G network domain and more specifically in software testing.
I didn't know about flutter framework earlier, so it took me a little research and information gathering about it. From what I understand it is a development framework that uses Dart and C/C++ as the main programming languages. Nokia does not usually use such tools in its application development processes. It prefers programming languages so that development is done in a more customized way.
To be more precise, I don't know for sure if Nokia is using flutter framework, but I think it's unlikely. However, I believe if you have a programming background in other application development languages like Python and Java, you can easily find career opportunities at Nokia.
