Question regarding Nokia Optical Certifications.

Hello Charles, I will be taking the 1st Optical Certification test on 01/24/25. If I take all 5 of these tests and pass them, do you think that I will have a better chance of landing a role with Nokia?. I do have a lot of experience in the Optical Networking community and enjoy the challenge.

Thank you for your question. Ultimately, it is up to the hiring organization to determine which individual(s) they select to meet their business needs. That said, an individual with optical certifications and extensive experience is certainly demonstrating concrete steps toward evidencing their professional qualifications.
