Hi Ye H,
In Nokia, most of the projects need to have multifunction & group collaboration to be successful. One very recent example I can share from my current projects has to do with fulfilling Security requirements from one of our main customers. For this, we need the Legal team to interpret the contract, commitment, and scope. Then we have to work together with R&D for any software requirements and the Finance team for budgeting and funding.
This is so common that it comes almost like a natural gear and happens not only with R&D and support functions but within many different organizational groups; collaboration is part of our DNA as an organization.
