Hi, Steffano. Indeed, there are significant changes ongoing in Nokia, probably the most complex organisational change most of us have witnessed. This is not easy on us employees, so a lot depends on the leaders/leadership behind us and there is emphasis on on wellbeing and mental health, communication - with different platforms and channels, and we are encouraged to share improvement ideas and feedback.
Interestingly, in the past we were as a company often recognized as a very change agile, adaptable company, and now even for us it is having a very strong impact.
What is extremely helpful is if you know you have your team, your colleagues backing you up, being there and helping you cope - the spirit of collaboration and support.
