One of the biggest challenges we face working with data is access and quality. Often, the data we need is siloed across systems, incomplete, or hard to retrieve — which slows down analysis and decision-making. Even when we get access, cleaning the data — dealing with missing values, inconsistent formats, or outdated information — can take up more time than the actual analysis.
From a Learning and Development perspective, we’re also working to close the skills gap — helping teams build confidence in data handling, cleaning, and interpretation so they can work more independently and effectively with the data available. Making data more usable and accessible is both a technical and a people challenge.
