I'm part of the learning organization, so the impact of my work is learning activity. In Q1 2020 Nokia employees have taken about 20,000 hours of Data Science Training. I'm also happy to say that about 1,000 Employees have received a Data Science Achievement Badge in recognition of their learning achievements. Areas of focus include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Statistical Programming.
