We're looking for people with the right attitude and mindset, willing to work with fellow Nokians to help with HR topics, from recruitment to managing data, from training to consulting. Resilience, willingness to learn, problem solving, managing time well, patience, customer focus, understanding of guidelines and policies - these are all relevant.
