    Great question.

    We have a very transparent and agile approach towards objectives and goals to be achieved. It starts right from the top (CXO level) at the beginning of the year and contains areas like complete customer centricity, financial and operational targets, technology and innovation focus, and people-related topics. This is cascaded to the next levels, and more granularity is added depending upon the scope of a respective leader/team. These are very SMART goals, ensuring concrete KPIs and complete accountability. All this is agreed between any 2 levels (manager and team member), documented in a tool, and promptly completed within the first few weeks of the year. This is followed by regular tracking, follow-ups, and course correction if necessary.
