Care manager is a critical role in the customer facing team. This role is responsible for managing basically all service improvements and commitments that is included in the care contract with our customers, for example customer case handling, emergency and software upgrade services. Communication skills and customer relationship management skills in this role are super important because often there 's a need to mediate and solve problems under high pressure. It's important that our customer feels their issues are being addressed fast and with highest possibly quality. This role needs to make sure the customer is happy with the way we manage their network.
