Be collaborative. 20% of what you learn you learn from others. Our team does a really good job of leveraging the talents from the collective team. I would also suggest that you are committed to ongoing learning. Nokia has a Learning Metric (Learning Index) and our team is committed to meeting learning goals because this in the engine for new ideas and innovation.

Hi! Thank you for the question!
I expect future colleagues to bring a collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. It’s important that they communicate openly, ask questions, and share their knowledge so we can grow together as a team. I also value people who take ownership, show initiative, and aren’t afraid to contribute ideas. Most of all, I appreciate teammates who support each other and help create an environment where everyone can do their best work.

    Hi,

My expectations for a new colleague can be divided into two main parts: professional and social. Professionally, I anticipate they will bring a fresh mindset, a strong willingness to learn (as they will undoubtedly learn a great deal), and a degree of humility. While a fresh graduate possesses modern knowledge and a solid background, it is crucial for them to understand that this is a new field, and their success will depend on their ability to learn and adapt. Socially, I expect a new colleague to integrate well into the team and quickly "take the rhythm." Although these expectations may seem extensive, I believe they are easily achievable.

    Good luck!
