Hello,
Observing and working alongside our software developers, I can say that the daily tasks of a software dev intern aren't much different from those of regular developers. Interns receive training similar to new software developers, and they're assigned tasks that match their current skill level. Of course, they receive supervision and support from senior developers. They would engage in coding, test implementations, code analysis, and prepare internal design documentation, to name a few. The main goal is for them to learn and support the team on a daily basis, preparing them for future roles in the industry.
Best regards,
Casey
