Thank you for your query. A Customer Delivery Manager "CDM" is Nokia's face for E2E services delivery towards the customer. Success for a CDM could be seen on two main facets-
1. Customer would gauge proactiveness on engagement & certain performance indicators defining their business objectives.
At times comparison between competitors also comes into the picture.
2. Internally (within Nokia), the main aspect seen is efficient scoped delivery with utmost customer satisfaction. So how well one manages internal objectives viz efficiency/ cost control, timely delivery & customer acceptances, team motivation & most importantly customer relationship.
