Nokia's flexible environment works pretty well for me. Working at an optimal schedule best suited for me allows me to manage my time well which leads to an increase in my productivity. Additionally, I can produce better quality output because I am not bounded by a strict schedule.

Also, if needed, I can easily adjust my schedule to overlap with my colleagues' schedules across different regions without having to extend my hours at work.

More importantly, the fluid work schedule gives me enough time to have a work-life balance.

It's been great! I WFH mostly, but do go into the office, or partner locations or into a local warehouse on some days, which allows for hands on activities and relationship building. It's a great balance.
