Hi, thank you for your good question. Nokia supports in many ways working with small children. We have several ways to combine family life together with working life. A couple of examples are flexible working hours and remote connections and working possibilities. Good balance is important for one to be successful in both areas. People are our greatest asset and we need to ensure that people are able to succeed. There are also different type of part-time arrangements what you can arrange for a period of time, with your line manager. We also have family days and other activities for children in many of our sites to help our children to understand what we do at work and how we do it.
