We are a very open company, and our old slogan of Connecting People still sounds very valid for communities, people interacting with each other. Sharing knowledge, exchanging experiences, working together on projects of different kinds.
This happens in formal or informal sessions as well as in our many Yammer groups, where colleagues can chat.
Even externally, there are Nokia alumni groups, where people with former company experience "chat", exchange photos and tell stories.
I think this in itself conveys the strong sense of belonging, that we are TeamNokia.
