Good question, Jhon. I'd say organization, self-direction and perseverance! Our Transformation team works in multiple capacities so you must be very organized to be effective, and being a self starter helps a lot with that. As for perseverance - I think that would be very important in any role at Nokia!
Awesome tips, Adam! As a site development coordinator, you maintain and secure partner relationships to help further Nokia CANADA's placement in the local ecosystem. So, with the aforementioned self-direction trait, are you granted a considerable amount of creative freedom when working on projects? Or is this based on project and clientele profiles?
I think the amount of autonomy allows for creative freedom! That being said, you always have to maintain focus on the clientele/target market, etc.
Thank you, Adam, I appreciate your outlook on my inquiries!

Hi! Great question!
In our data team, people who thrive are naturally curious, love to explore new ideas, and enjoy solving complex problems together. We’re young, fun, and big on collaboration, so energy and openness go a long way. If you’re adaptable, communicative, and ready to learn fast, you’ll fit right in. This is a place where initiative is celebrated and good vibes matter just as much as good data!
Hi,
I would say that being curious and communicating effectively are really important in my role. I need to stay curious about new topics such as emerging technologies or ongoing deals. Furthermore, I need to communicate well to be able to work together with my team to present my product to the customer effectively.
All the best!
Hi,
In my team, individuals who are highly analytical and possess strong problem-solving skills tend to thrive, as they navigate complex network architectures and troubleshoot intricate issues. Attention to detail is also crucial for ensuring the stability and performance of core network elements. Furthermore, a continuous learning mindset and adaptability are vital, given the evolving landscape of telecommunications technologies. Proactive individuals who enjoy understanding intricate protocols and collaborating effectively with colleagues find significant success in this environment.
Wish you all the best!
