I built and manage a homelab with a multi-node Proxmox cluster, running VMs and containerized workloads. Configured networking (IP addressing, VLANs, routing), internal DNS, and reverse proxy . Performed system provisioning, monitoring , and troubleshooting across services, similar to a lab infrastructure environment.
Hi,
Historically, "continuous improvement" was a core Nokia value, and this is generally what we expect from a beginner. Working in the 3G/4G area, which is currently ramping down, means our tasks differ significantly from those in product areas focused on new feature development or extensive maintenance. Therefore, in our domain, a beginner should prioritize understanding the entire product rather than immediately tackling simpler tasks, such as handling easy tickets or administrative duties.
Best regards,
LA
