- Second, learn to take ownership. I've seen early-career engineers really accelerate their growth when they're willing to own their projects and learn from both successes and mistakes.
- Third, stay curious and keep learning. The telecom industry evolves rapidly - from 2G to 5G and now 6G is around the corner - embrace continuous learning.
