Personally, I love the rich culture and positive working environment in Nokia Bell Labs. It is truly a unique experience to get to work with extremely smart and resourceful, yet very humble and down-to-earth people on a daily basis. There are a lot of opportunities to collaborate with different researchers and explore interesting research topics. As a company, Nokia is very inclusive and cares about employees' well-being and work-life-balance. I've met lots of people who have stayed at Nokia Bell Labs their entire career and it is not difficult to see why.
