Fadi M. asked a question to Steve T.
At NokiaEdu we realize that learning occurs in many forms. Knowledge transfer can occur in traditional formats such as classroom and online training but also through peer to peer and internal social media knowledge sharing. In order to recognize and promote all forms of learning, NokiaEdu has developed and deployed a learning index that captures multiple modes of learning and development. With this awareness, we have been able to better understand how our employees learn. This metric (and others) has given us the ability to advance learning and move towards a culture of continuous learning and development.
Thanks, Steve. That makes sense!
