The basics of course. Programming, Data Analytics, Domain Knowledge. What would set you apart is Curiosity. Be curious about data and interested in discovery. Data Science is an applied science and being curious will help you see things from a different perspective. I would also spend some time with Data Storytelling. You must be able to share your insights with others and be engaging. Lots of great ideas side idle but with data storytelling you can gain consensus and advance your initiatives. Good luck
