I am currently building an application for 5G Simulation in India which does indoor and outdoor simulation. I do Ray tracing, Beam Forming Simulations, MIMO, and Antenna Array Design for 5G. What skills do I need to upgrade to get me into the Nokia Company?

@Miikka P. I use Ansys HFSS ,Remcom XFDTD , XGTD , WirelessInsite and Dassult System CST . Yes, MATLAB for Post Processing data for generating regression Models ,Waveform generator Apps and SDK Kit.
