John Y. asked a question to Dharmendra S.
It would be cool to understand how one of Nokia's people applied their past education, for instance, if they went through Nokia's first-class training such as Nokia SRA or another program in the optical networking field. Asking the question because if these kinds of opportunities exist, then I'd want to pursue a career here. Thanks.
Thank you for the query.
In general, we work with partner organizations with the “One Team” spirit. The common goal is the same. All engineering teams are excited by new technologies. If we can align the same end goal, partner organizations can thrive together. It provides a chance to work together on one of the best product portfolios. We have multiple R&D roles and responsibilities within Nokia where every new feature sets and technologies are rigorously tested before being deployed on a live network. So, one can gain extensive knowledge while contributing to building the world's most critical networks. Hope this helps, happy to respond further.
