    Thanks for this very important question. Naturally, the primary skills would be knowledge and competencies for a particular role e.g. technical, commercial. Regarding personal skills, I strongly value colleagues who take accountability (lead), are trust-worthy (high Integrity), communicate transparently, bring innovation and creativity and are easy to collaborate with. Further, having the right attitude, treating others with respect, honouring commitments and being open to constantly learn and unlearn (as the telecom world is very dynamic) are very important. From my personal experience, I have realized that my stakeholders appreciate my work because of the above-mentioned skills. Being a team-player, taking full responsibility, being ethical and adding constant value is very desired. Hope this response helps. Happy to explain in more details, if necessary.
