    Hello Rafaela,

As the years have passed in my career, I've developed skills and knowledge, especially through different roles, working in various continents, and engaging with diverse technologies.

Here are three key skills on top of my head now:

Collaboration: Working on many projects and attending numerous meetings developed my collaboration skills. Active listening and effective communication are crucial aspects of this. I’ve learned to work closely with team members, understand their perspectives, and ensure everyone is on the same page.

Time Management and Efficiency: With time being limited, prioritizing tasks has become essential. I've developed strong time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities and deadlines. Sometimes, saying NO ( also a skill 😄 ) is necessary to focus on what truly matters.

Continuous Learning: In our industry, constant learning is important. The technologies and methods we studied in the past may not be the same as now. Staying up-to-date has helped me adapt and stay relevant in the field.

Thanks, Rafaela, for the question. I hope my experiences inspire you to develop and grow in your chosen career path.

    Best Regards,

    Casey
