My journey of over 26 years at Nokia has been instrumental, beginning in a very different technological landscape where distinct abilities were required. The extensive maintenance work I performed, from handling initial tickets to ensuring successful delivery, provided me with a comprehensive understanding of operational processes. This hands-on experience in managing the full lifecycle of maintenance tasks directly prepared me for the complexities of my current role. I have always found that being a good team player is absolutely essential within Nokia's collaborative environment. My ability to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to shared goals has been a consistent strength. These combined experiences and my team-oriented approach were undoubtedly the most significant factors in securing my current position.
