At Nokia, we use a larger variety of machine learning algorithm to address key business challenges in finance, network optimization, and in my organization - learning and development. For example, we apply regression for financial forecasting, optimization for managing and analyzing network traffic, and clustering algorithms to enhance employee training programs. We measure the success of these algorithms primarily by their accuracy, ensuring they deliver reliable and precise results.
