Hi,

As a Nokia employee, different tracks will be laid out for you. If a certain role piques your interest, you can ask your manager to give you tasks in-line to that role so you can check it out and see if it fits you. There are also online courses you can take to get an overview of the responsibilities of a certain role.

If you are uncertain, you can always talk to the right people. Nokia offers a mentorship program where you can get coaching and guidance from a pool of experienced mentors.
